•  Free cancellation: you can modify or change your booking up to 20 days before your arrival without penalty.

• Best Payment Terms: by booking on our website, your credit card is only required to guarantee your booking, and we do not then withdraw any money. If you don’t have a credit card, you can book with a bank transfer.

• Special offers and promotions: by booking directly on this site, the savings are guaranteed thanks to special offers and exclusive promotions.

• A welcome bottle of wine: at your arrival, you will get a bottle of one of the best Tuscan wines.

• Guaranteed Upgrade: if available at your arrival, we will offer you an apartment of a higher category without any extra fee, but only if you booked directly on this website.

• No middle man, no commissions: if you book directly on our website there will be no charges for commissions because we, from the Villa Teresa, will be your direct contact. To book, change or cancel bookings will be easy and immediate without any charge. If you have questions or need assistance, don’t hesitate to contact our professional and multilingual staff, who are always ready to answer your questions quickly. Furthermore, our staff will evaluate all your requests and suggest customized offers as well as inform you about how to get to Elba and what to do on the island.

Check-in is from 4pm onwards, check-out is before 10am.

In case of a cancellation made 20 days or more before your arrival, no fee will be charged.
In case of a cancellation 13 days prior to your arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
In case of a cancellation 7 days prior to your arrival, 75% of the total amount will be charged.
If cancellations or changes are made with less notice, or if the booking becomes a “no show”, the full costs will be charged.

We offer free parking in our parking area, protected by an automatic gate that clients can open with a device that we will provide to them.
The opportunity to leave the car in the Residence is very appreciated, especially in the evening: our guests can take a pleasant, short walk to the nearby center of the village Porto Azzurro, avoiding the search for a parking spot there.

The entire area is covered by free wireless Internet access.

Your small and medium four-legged friends are accepted in the apartments with a supplement of 50 Euro per week. Ours is a pet- friendly facility, but we kindly ask you to keep your dogs on a leash and respect that pets are not allowed around the pool.

With the Villa Teresa Card you will get discounts in shops, restaurants, farms and rentals.

The “services forfait” has a cost of 25 Euro per person per week and is compulsory from the age of 6 years. It includes the consumption of electricity, water and gas, and all other services offered by the Villa Teresa: access to the pool, a parking place, access to the barbecue area, to the small children’s playground, to the bowling area and free Internet access.

Through the Villa Teresa our guests will get a discount of 20% on the ferryboat tickets.

Once you have booked your journey, you will get a mail with detailed information about how to use the promotional code and, after paying, you will only have to print your tickets and present them directly at the embarkation of Piombino.

Bed linen: choose whether to bring your own linen or rent them at Villa Teresa.
Each set includes: for a double bed, 2 large sheets and 2 pillow cases, for a single bed, 2 sheets and 1 pillow case. The cost is 11 Euro per person, per change and you can decide if and when to change your linen during your stay.

Bath towels: choose whether to bring them with you or to rent them at the Villa.
Each of the towel sets includes: 1 large and 2 small towels. The cost is 9 Euro per change and per person, and you can decide if and when to change your towels.
