Terms of sale

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Saturday 4 p.m. to 8 p.m./ Saturday 10.00 a.m. Period "A" free check-in/out (min. 1 week). For arrivals after 8 p.m. (reception's closing time), please inform.

Additional charges

Services Forfait (compulsory over 6 years): Euro 25,00 per person per week. This covers all utilities and any assistance services, use of the pool equipped with desk chairs and parasol as long as available. TV color, parking space in the private parking of the residence, small playground for children, tennis court, internet connection.

Final cleaning: € 50 1room ap.2 (mono 2) - € 50 1room ap.4 (mono 4/5) - € 60 2room ap4 (villetta 4). The kitchenette has to be cleaned by the guests, otherwise there will be an extra charge of € 30.

Optional Services

Linen: bed and kitchen linen and towels (bring your own) or Bed linen Euro 8 per person/change, Bath linen Euro 7 per person/change.

Baby Cot: € 37,00 per week (payable on site), no supplement for cot brought by the guests.

Additonal bed: €. 80,00 per week (payable on site).

Pets: small pets allowed (but not at the pool and in public used spaces), if they are accounted for on booking: € 55,00 per week.

Deposit: € 100,00.

Ferries

Free of charge we also reserve the ferry-boats for you and your car according to your time schedule and we will send you the tickets by registered letter (we only charge for the postal fee ) which you have to show directly at the ferryboat station!
